Massage Services

Your first session will include an initial consultation during which we discuss your health history and your goals for massage. Expect this to take an additional 20-30 minutes. All my sessions are “table time”, meaning if you sign up for a 60 minute massage, you get 60 minutes on the table regardless of how long we talk beforehand.

Frequency Discount

Schedule your next massage within 4 weeks and save 10%

I have a no-tipping policy. The rate you see is the rate you pay (minus any discounts, of course).

Referral Discount

Refer someone and you both get $25

I am FSA-friendly. If you need a receipt or invoice to submit for reimbursement, please let me know. I do not submit directly to insurance.

All massage and bodywork services are the same rates: $130 for 60 minutes, $145 for 75 minutes, $165 for 90 minutes. Situationally, I will do shorter sessions but only after an initial session of at least 1 hour.

I accept all forms of payment, but payment by credit card will include a 3% convenience fee. Payment is taken at the time of the session.

Swedish and Deep Tissue

A blend Swedish and Deep Tissue in a personalized session based on your input and what I notice in your body. You may need some focus work in your low back, but relaxation techniques in your shoulders and neck, for example. I offer the combination of techniques that is most beneficial to you.

Perfect if you are looking for a holistic treatment to relieve stress and reconnect with your body.

Massage with Fascial Counterstrain

Fascial Counterstrain is a method of putting the body in positions of ease to allow inflamed tissues to decompress. This can bring surprising results to chronic issues that don’t respond to more conventional or direct treatments. When integrated into a massage session, fascial counterstrain gives us another way to target your areas of biggest concern which, in turn, enhances and focuses the benefits of massage.

You should consider counterstrain if you struggle with chronic pain, dysfunction, weakness, or have conditions that don’t seem to respond to other treatment methods.

CBD Add-On - $20

CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabidiod system to fight inflammation, which in turn heightens the therapeutic benefits of massage including pain relief, circulation, and relaxation.

I use a 25mg/oz “extra strength” cream throughout the massage and a 100mg/oz on any particularly tight, painful, or troublesome area. Since everyone responds to CBD differently for your first time I will give you 50% off.
