Guided Meditations

It’s wonderful you’re interested in practicing meditation! You are welcome to try these two 15-minute guided practices. Please email me with any questions and consider joining my weekly free meditation gathering.

This first practice has more guidance and teaching. I recommend it if you’re newer to meditation or would like to learn more about my approach.


This second practice has less guidance and more silence. There are cues based on the 5 parts of a meditation practice I say more about in the first recording.

It might be a good idea to listen to the first practice so you know what I’m referring to with the cues but this recording will offer you more of a self-guided experience.
